I'm looking at becoming an LPN however...?

I used to work in a nursing home as CCA. I know in a nursing LPN's can do a little bit more in a nursing home then they can in a hospital So one of my questions is what exactly can you do as an LPN in a nursing home vs. a hospital? I do plan on taking the bridging program once I've been working as an LPN for a while. What I don't want it to basically be doing what I did as a CCA working in a nursing home, meaning personal care and such. I'm looking to go more towards the which ever allows me to be more a nurse rather then CCA until I do the bridge program.
