Implants AND swollen ... wow?

well i have implants and am now 38weeks pregnant,wasnt sure if they would change much during pregnancy,but there huge! lol they were 34 D before and am now wearing a 36 E-F !! cant answer yet on how theyl look after,but hoping theyl be ok! as for feeding yea was told would be fine to,but bottle fed all my others so will be doing sme again
