The flu mist contagious?

My husband is in the military and he was given the live seasonal flu and H1N1 flu virus along with the antibodies in a nasal mist. He is really sick with my guess is the flu. I am 30 weeks pregnant and I am wondering if there is a chance that I could get either type of flu? They told him no but they also said he would not get sick.
