Is this scary or what concerning Govt run Health Care?

In England the largest employer is the National Health Board. There are 5 times as many bureaucrats as nurses and physicians and as you may remember from the health care flow chart there will be 84 agencies set up so imagine the number of govt employees that will be needed to run it. The English Health Board or whatever name it goes by is the 3rd largest employer in the world so how will this "save" money? Will this be nothing more then a buddy buddy system like Fannie and Freddie to enrich loyal party members of the DNC?
