If the messiah's name is not Immanuel then how is Isaiah 7:14 a prophesy of "Christ"?

His title is Christ His name is Jesus, Christ does mean anointed it is what the messiah was called when the Greeks came to Christ they used it to say He is the messiah. The name Emmanuel is also a title or foreshadowing of what kind of child this person is, God was truly with us when He was born in this world. Emmanuel which is some form of Hebrew is what the Hebrew equivalent is to Christ in Greek.
