My boyfriendsreally unfair to me. Everything is so onesided what do I do?

When he wants to see his friends it's fine.. One of my best friends from m (I'm in NYC) is in town tonight and he's trying to guilt trip me into not seein my friend cuz he feel sick whichbi understand. However if he wanted to see someone in the same cirstance he would tell me to eff myself. He's doing this cuz I let him do it to me. What do I do with a spiteful bf. He's 26 mind u. If I don't see him I will hear it. Ugh. Men, do you do this to your gf?????
