Downstairs neighbor problems and noisy kids (my noisy kids)?

Kick her, hit her, slap her, bite her. Buy a cat. If she has pet mice, slip into her apartment and put the cat in the mouse cage. Dance, tap dance, have a party, put a little trampoline in there, sing, play music, drop bowling . GIVE HER SOMETHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT!!!!!!!! Sorry bout that, but just by reading your post she makes me mad.
