Who is more insulting? Fundamentalist Christians or Fundamentalist Atheists?

I'm guessing Athiests. From what I have experienced, they lash out hatefully instead of honestly presenting their views. I think they believe it is 'cute' to state over and over again that there is no God, and naturally that is insulting to those who believe. They are certainly entitled to that opinion, but it would be nice to have an expression from them that was more intelligent than negativity against what they don't believe in, and an explanation of what they do.
