Well, yes. The Nazi ideal would be an example of ethnocentrism. A simple argument in favor of this would be: [if it was not ethnocentrism] than would the Hindus of India also consider the German Aryan ideal the supreme beings? The answer is no, because they had/have their own ideal based on their own ethnocentrism.
