I keep filling my time with nonsense? What do I do?

Keep on writing whether you think it is good stuff or not. Try to have many activities & get to know new people. Go for a walk without any particular reason. Learn how to enjoy little things (like drinking your coffee, for instance) ; this one needs practice and perseverance. Have some fun, watch funny movies, read a funny book. Force yourself to keep on. Stay away from shrinks and drugs and find some alternative methods to deal with the sad feeling. Try aromatherapy, meditation, Bach Flower remedies, music therapy. Go to libraries and haunt them literally (authors always enjoyed doing that) reading & searching various, interesting books. Keep yourself busy and change your perspective. Set yourself daily goals.
