1 yo JRT that keep peeing on the floor & couch!?

I dont know what to do with my 1 yo female JRT. She can hold her bladder all day while we are at work for 9-10 hours but when it comes to us being home or sleeping she is like having a brand new puppy. We feed her at 3pm when I get home a mix of wet & dry food (great quality food) then let her & her older brother freely eat & drink until 7pm, hoping that would lessen the amount of times she would need to go potty at night, but she still wakes us up at least 3 times each night to potty. While we are home, some times she will pee on the floor or on the couch, with no signal for needing to go outside (she rings a bell to go out to potty/play). We can never seem to catch her when she potties on the couch or floor or we can scold/teach her (in a correct manner). We treat our dogs wonderfully, there is no reason she should be doing this out of spite or anger or even maybe depression. She is a wonderful dog other than her pottying problem. I need HELP!
