Are the Royals having a good offseason?

I think that the Royals have definitely improved with these moves. I only wish Hillman would name a starting lineup and stick with them throughout the season. He has a tendency to switch things up every day and players can't get into a rhythm that way. He needs to stop worrying about getting everyone equal playing time, and play the guys that have the best chance of helping them win.
