Can I legally move to Australia?

Are you a DUAL citizen of the U.S. and Croatia? Do you have an American pport...it is unclear. Anyway...to live in Australia even temporarily, you must have a work visa. To immigrate there you must have the necessary work skills. Your speeding ticket is not the problem. Getting a visa is the problem.
