I am reading Shakespeare's All's Well That Ends Well, and I am confused by the lines referring to virginity.?

In Act 1, scene 1 Helena and Parolles are discussing virginity in relation to war and being "blown up." I am wondering if anyone can help me translate this specific line: irginity being blown down, man will quicklier be blown up" into modern-day english. Thank you!
