My head is always hott?

all the time when i walk in i go inside some place my head is always hot and i'm not even nervous and a couple of days ago i checked my temperture it was normal and i don't know my had is hot and my friend rosemary said is probably i'm going through puberty. but i don' really know though. and u help me ppl's.!!
