Question about going from the us army to the us navy?

That isn't going to happen. The ONLY way you'll get into the Navy is to do 4 years in the Army with an MOS school that relates directly to a Navy Rating that's in demand by the Navy when you get out of the Army. That will give you a chance, just a chance.
