Bad quality when I save my .gif animation?

When you optimize an image or gif for website, the program reduces its kb so the person that goes to that website does not stand still for 4 minutes until that image or gif loads up. Now a days, with high speed internet in most of homes you can skip that option in Adobe Imageready and select by yourself an appropiate size for that gif.
