Do like this haircolor.....?

Hmm, looks like an ash blonde with golden blonde highlights to me. There's a lot of different colors in there, I would take that picture with you. And it shouldn't cost too much since your hair is already blonde, they would probably charge your for a full color (that's what my salon calls it.) But I'm not sure what they would do about the highlights of different shades, I'd call around to the salons in your area and ask.
