Kids at school picking on me because I'm white?

I live in an area where mostly Hispanic and some African Americans live. There are mainly hispanic. Everybody makes fun of me because I have white skin! I'm not even White, my last name is Lopez for Gods sake, I am Spaniard and my dad is from French/European, so I am part but I still grew up with the same cutler and I understand and speak Spanish perfect, And I can speak English with out a Mexican accent. Just because I have white skin and don't talk with an accent, every body tells me things like 'shut up white girl' or 'you white trash piece of ****' or 'shut up scottish girl'. I have this guy who picks on me saying 'you ******* cracker, where's your whip?' and alot of girls don't like me which is why I don't have alot of friends. They say a bunch of Spanish bad words like 'penchie Puta!' and they think that I don't know what the **** there saying. I don't want to tell anyone off because I'll look ghetto and stuff so, what should I do? I'm not just going to snitch to my teacher. What is she going to do? Whats should I do, I'm thinking of moving school more to the North side (I live in the South) but really, that's fu**ing pathetic. Help?
