What ingredients should I have on hand to cook Moroccan foods?

My mom and I mainly use in,allspice,tumeric,garlic,onion,oreg… in non traditional ways like in beef dishes with raisins. We use lots of fresh veggies mostly, if you need any specific recipes let me know:) We usually only cook cous cous for special occions or holidays. We also use quite a bit of honey for various pastries and for daily tea.
